Check with your supervisor. This KB shows general steps for all open public Transflo users. Your private company policies, procedures, steps, and required rules can vary and won't be found in this knowledge base (KB).

Try your search again. The following popular search terms in the Online Help over the last 90 days do not match a specific Transflo product or feature. Try your search again and follow the tips below:

Tips:

To find an exact match, enter quotation marks. For example: "document type" or "load tracking".
Skip unnecessary words like how to... or how do I... and just enter what you want to do in two or three words such as "accept loads" or "send load documents." Unique keywords bring you to specific matching content. For example: Drivewyze.
Do not try to search the KB for a broker, fleet ID code, or a document confirmation number. Instead, go here:
- The Transflo Mobile+ app and Transflo Velocity Software require a unique Broker ID (recipient ID) to send load documents. The KB and chat bot provide product information appropriate for all customers. They cannot provide customized details for individual customers. Searching on private or personal data will not give you any good results. For your own privacy and protection, contact your supervisor or our support team.
KB articles are separated into two (2) KB sites: one for the primary Mobile app features and another KB for HOS, ELD, and Telematics so you might want to repeat your search in both KBs to find the best matching help document.

HHMM, what does HHMM stand for	YYYYMMDD HHMMSS is a standard date and time convention for showing the year, month, day, hour, minute, and seconds. For example, August 15, 2030 at 7:21 PM and exactly 45 seconds would be 20300815-192145.
How do i turn off load tracking	See Load Tracking and Allow Location Access; contact your employer. Load tracking is often required by brokers and carriers.
