Do Not Search Private ID Numbers in the Public KB

Do not enter unique private ID numbers to search the knowledge base (KB). Do not waste your time searching for personal, private, or company-specific information. You will get no results. You cannot search for documents, loads, trailers, e-mail addresses, or other personal information in any public knowledge base (KB) or chat bot. We cannot publish any unique personal or private data.

You can search the public knowledge base (KB) and chat bot for help with general Transflo product features. Just enter one or two keywords (never enter unique ID numbers or private data):

Private Search Examples

Do not search on unique private ID numbers, dates, or cities. You won't get any results. (You would not want anyone to see your load documents, personal e-mail, or other private data anyway.)

Document Confirmation Numbers: Do not search the bot or KB for your private documents. Instead, enter your Doc ID at https://viewer.transfloexpress.com. These are 16 alpha-numeric characters (####-####-####-####) such as MP212D4FBNP5U6M1 or LV26-123D-XGH4-ZA2D.
