Known Issue: Missing Token on Apple iOS Only

As a driver experiencing a temporary known issue with the Transflo Mobile+ app where a Missing Token message appears, use this KB article to review the latest communication from our Product Management, Development, QA, and Support teams.

On Apple iOS devices, your Mobile+ tiles, tabs, and buttons might no longer be available and a Missing Token message might appear. The Roehl app (My Roehl) has at least one known issue that resulted in an official Transflo Support case; a fix for this issue is in-progress.

Other temporary workarounds are available if you continue to be blocked by this known issue. Until a patch or update is available, you can submit your load documents using another method, try changing to another fleet ID (recipient) and then switching back, try refreshing the app, or perform an un-install/re-install of the app and then register as if you were a new user again.

Reminder: Transflo is the premier provider of popular commercial apps, custom white label apps, in-cab tablet editions, embedded handset editions, and thousands of additional fleet-specific integrated features. Due to all the possible product configuration changes for your specific fleet, it is possible that user interface labels, buttons, links, dials, tiles, icons, colors, logos, and placement on the screen can vary. Features can also be hidden from your view based on customer account, fleet ID, or user permissions.
