HOS Registration Payment
As a retail customer who purchased an electronic logging device (ELD), you can register your ELD and use a credit card to pay for your subscription to a single Transflo Telematics account where you can manage everything you need including your electronic logging device (ELD), hours-of-service (HOS) logs, compliance reporting, and other telematics features.
Credit cards cannot be added or processed until you create a rule set. See Change My HOS Rule Set.
- Navigate to https://hos.transflo.com and log in.

On the Home Page, scroll down if necessary and tap the empty fields of the HOS Payment menu item, and enter your payment information.

Once complete, tap the green Pay $60.00 per month button. This button may appear differently, depending on your fleet configuration. The price shown here is only an example; the actual cost may vary.

After your credit card is successfully added to your account, the Congratulations screen appears.

If you ever need to suspend your service, you can keep your ELD in dormant status and re-activate it later.

If you miss a payment, your subscription might show expired. To reactivate your account, simply repeat these steps to place a credit card on file, pay for any balance due, and pay for your first month of reactivated live ELD, HOS, and telematics service.
