Hey TRANSFLO Voice Assist
As a driver, you can get safe hands-free access to your Transflo HOS app using your own voice. With the Hey TRANSFLO® Voice Assist feature, you can speak commands such as Read my messages or What is my HOS status?
Note: The supported voice assist features vary by customer based on the services and integrations in your subscription. For example, all users including retail ELD users with the HOS app can ask What is my HOS status? but the What is my next stop? question applies only to customers with integrated load workflow capabilities. Notifications and messages also require integrations.

Tap the
Voice Assist microphone button to open the Hey Transflo Voice Assist feature.

The ear icon on the next screen indicates that the Hey Transflo Voice Assist feature is ready for you to speak.

Speak clearly so that the voice assist feature can understand your request. If you need to repeat your request, tap the speaker icon.
The HEY TRANSFLO Voice Assist feature allows you to carry out actions by voice instead of navigating and tapping through screens. Speak any of the following questions or commands clearly into the microphone:

What is my next stop?

What is my HOS status?

Read my messages.

Read my notifications.

Give me a summary.
