Fix Logs That Show No Driver or the Wrong Co-Driver
As a driver or fleet administrator, you can edit a list of HOS logs that do not show the correct the driver. You can also reassign logs for co-drivers. The steps you need to take to make these corrections and fixes in the logs are the same for both scenarios.

-
Log in to the Transflo Telematics web portal with the same credentials you use to log in to your existing Transflo Geotab applications.
-
In the left navigation menu, expand Compliance and click HOS, Logs.
-
On the HOS Logs page, click Options:
-
Search for a vehicle.
-
Click on the drop-down menu on the top-right corner and Select Individual.
-
Check the box for the unidentified logs you want to assign to a specific driver.
-
Click Edit Selected HOS Logs on the top.
-
In driver section, click Replace With.
-
Search and select the specific driver using the HOS Driver drop-down menu.
-
Add annotations.
-
Click Save.

-
Annotations are required to save any changes to logs.
-
You can only reassign logs between co-drivers. You cannot assign a co-driver's logs to a driver who is not their assigned co-driver.
-
Reassigning logs may affect driver availability. The original driver's availability will be recalculated after the logs are reassigned.
-
You cannot reassign exemption logs to another driver.
-
HOS logs in question must already be verified. After any changes, the driver must verify the logs for accuracy again.
-
As a driver, you should review and accept any reassigned logs to ensure your driving records are accurate.
-
If you cannot reassign logs, contact your administrator, fleet manager, or Geotab Support for assistance.
