Resolve Synergize Viewer Error Reading License Information, no servers to validate Pixel Licenses

Use this article to resolve the following error users might get when trying to view images in Synergize Viewer:

Error Reading License Information - GetLicenseInfo - Deployment 'http://storimage/synergizewebadmin/deploymentmgmt.asmx' has no Synergize servers to validate Pixel Licenses ()

Determine if the client is missing .Net Framework 3.5 or they are running a version of the client below SP6.
In a remote session to the Synergize server, determine if Pixel is enabled in the Synergize license for the client.
If .Net Framework 3.5 SP1 is not already installed on the machine, install it.
If Synergize Client SP6 is not already installed on the machine, install or upgrade to that release level.
