Resolve ODBC SQL Server Driver Error: The cursor was not declared
Use this article to resolve the following error a user might receive when using Synergize Indexing if the SQL account connecting does not have appropriate permissions or data is missing from the SQL database:
The message might include 40002, 37000, or other numeric strings.
1. Consult with DBA and assure rights have not changed for the SQL account and all data is present in the database. See https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/963954
2. Ensure the Active Directory account for the user has enough rights to access the DSN on the workstation.
