Resolve Synergize QuickLinks Error: Software doesn't appear to be installed on your PC

Use this article to resolve the following error which might appear for multiple users trying to use QuickLinks:

The Microdea QuickLink software doesn’t appear to be installed on your PC.

This error is sometimes caused by either or both of the following conditions:

  • The QuickLink Enabled Flag was set to false in the Application Configurator

  • The image vendor was set to false in TruckMate Code Maintenance

1. Verify that Microdea Synergize QuickLinks is set to true in the Application Configurator

2. If set to true then navigate to Code Maintenance and under Imaging Vendor ensure it is set to Microdea.
