Resolve Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer Error: Attempted to divide by zero

Use this article if barcodes in a scenario are not set properly and the Synergize Bulk Print Service does not process or skips Crystal Report invoices. Users might see the following error message:

Exception processing source file 'Crystal Reports ActiveX Designer - _20141209102445' from listener 'Directory Listener' - Attempted to divide by zero

1. Right-click on Synergize Bulk Print icon in the system tray and select Preferences.

2. Select Scenario and click on Barcodes tab.

Uncheck Codabar in the list and click on Save button.
