Reset the PrimaryUser Password

Use this article to update the PrimaryUser password only after it becomes forgotten or lost.

1. In EMC, navigate to Login under Deployment Profiles.

2. Login using:

   SUPERUSER_NAME = "VRYSTAAT"

   SUPERUSER_PWD = "5yn3rg123"

3. Navigate to Synergize Users and reset the PrimaryUser password.

4. Close and re-launch Synergize EMC.

   Note: This is to be used as a last resort with the appropriate permissions
