Restart the Bulk Print Service
Use this article to manually restart the Synergize Bulk Print service to get new settings from EMC.

Open Administrative Tools > Services.

Search for the Synergize Bulk Print service.

Right-click and choose Restart.

Close services.
-
Launch Synergize Bulk Print Monitor.

Make sure Tracing is enabled (indicated by a check mark):

Right-click the Synergize Bulk Print application icon in the Windows system tray.

Click Tracing if not already checked.
