Restart the Bulk Print Service

Use this article to manually restart the Synergize Bulk Print service to get new settings from EMC.

  1. Open Administrative Tools > Services.

  2. Search for the Synergize Bulk Print service.

  3. Right-click and choose Restart.

  4. Close services.

  5. Launch Synergize Bulk Print Monitor.

  6. Make sure Tracing is enabled (indicated by a check mark):

    1. Right-click the Synergize Bulk Print application icon in the Windows system tray.

    2. Click Tracing if not already checked.
