Export Microsoft SQL Results to a CSV file
Use this article to transfer Microsoft SQL server query results to a CSV file. This is useful when analyzing dated Synergize logs.

Log in to SQL Server Management Studio and using the Tools drop down navigate to Options.

In the Options window, expand Query Results, SQL Server, and click Results to Text.

Configure the Results To Text settings as shown in the image below and click the OK button.

Run your query. Under the File menu, choose Save Results As.

Specify a local or network location and give your CSV file a name. Click Save.
