Enable or Show the Java Console to Help Troubleshoot Issues

Use this article to enable (show) the Java console for troubleshooting applications or features such as Synergize Quicklinks, Synergize Web Explorer, or Synergize Workflow.

 

  1. On the server or PC, launch the Control Panel and select the Java (32 bit) icon.

  2. Click the Advanced tab.

  3. Under Java console, select Show console and then click OK.

  4. Run the application or applet generating the error and attempt to repeat the issue.

  5. Record the Java console entry in a text file once this occurs and have the console logs available for a support technician to investigate.
