Change the Workflow Queue E-mail Notification

Use this article to change the workflow queue notification e-mail.

  1. Log in to Synergize Workflow Designer web page.

    Example: 

    http://<Synergize Server>/synergize/workflow.html

     

  2. Enter the primaryuser Username and Password credentials and select a value in the Domain field. Click Login.

  3. Select the correct repository from the Repositories drop-down list.

  4. In the File menu, choose Open Scenario.

  5. Select a scenario (a green check mark icon appears) and then click Open.

  6. Double-click a queue.

  7. In the Queue Properties window, click the Notification tab.

    1. Click the Monitor tab.

    2. Edit the Notification Email Address field value.

    3. Click OK.

  8. Repeat these steps to change the email address for other queues.

  9. After updating all queues, click File, click Save and Activate

  10. Close and then relaunch EMC.

  11. Navigate to workflow queues under repositories to confirm your changes.
